Concrete Coatings & Home Improvement Services in Quincy, IL

I have used Area Home Services a couple different times and have been very pleased with their service. They installed both of these doors. I will be using them for more projects in the future.

"very professional"

Mitchell came by and took all of the measurements required to prepare quotes for the project. As soon as I can evaluate those I can answer all the questions. Mitchell was very professional and showed me the basic information I needed.

"The repair guys worked diligently, were on time every time, kept me informed, and got the job done"

Job:  replacing all wood under treads for Deck Staircase; make steps safe for use again.  Text communications were excellent from start to finish.  A 2-day project under unfavorable weather conditions, but the repair guys worked diligently, were on time every time, kept me informed, and got the job done (which of course required a bit more elbow grease than originally expected).  We would recommend Area Home Services for the projects that “need to get done right” when the homeowner lacks time/ability to do them.

"Helpful, prompt and accommodating"

The staff at Area Home Services was helpful, prompt, and accommodating for the removal of water damaged flooring, and the installation of its replacement. RayLynn was great at the old flooring removal, and Andrew was a real pro when installing the new flooring. Thank you to all the staff.

Had the floor of my front porch replaced.  The two guys were here on time and did a very good job.  Worked hard and did a great job.  I am planning on using them again this spring or early summer for another project.

Great Team of dedicated men!!   Work hard!!  Fun to have on property. Extremely careful as if they owned our home themselves!! WOW what a job! What a difference they made on our garage floor and sidewalk! Don't blink call them now put them to work. It will be the best bang for the buck you have spent in the last 10 years!! Thanks so much!!
