Our story revolves around a thriving family enterprise. Amanda, their daughter, is an essential part of our team, contributing her skills and expertise to our company’s success. She infuses fresh ideas and innovation into our operations, helping us stay at the forefront of our industry. She enjoys making handmade greeting cards and is also known as the Encouraging Card Lady. Amanda’s husband, James, is an accomplished electrical engineer. Together, Amanda and James represent the strong work ethic and commitment to excellence that run in the Arns family.
Stephen, David and Janet’s son, follows a different path in the world of IT as a system administrator at Mercantile Bank. His technical knowledge ensures our systems and operations run smoothly, providing us with the technological edge we need to excel as well.
The Arns family extends beyond the workplace to include two precious grandchildren, Lily and Asher. Their youthful energy and infectious laughter serve as a constant reminder of the importance of family bonds, which is a driving force behind our commitment to excellence.

A 2-day project under unfavorable weather conditions, but the repair guys worked diligently, were on time every time, kept me informed, and got the job done (which of course required a bit more elbow grease than originally expected). We would recommend Area Home Services for the projects that “need to get done right” when the homeowner lacks time/ability to do them.
