Our story revolves around a thriving family enterprise. Amanda, their daughter, is an essential part of our team, contributing her skills and expertise to our company’s success. She infuses fresh ideas and innovation into our operations, helping us stay at the forefront of our industry. She enjoys making handmade greeting cards and is aka the Encouraging Card Lady. Amanda’s husband, James, is an accomplished electrical engineer. Together, Amanda and James represent the strong work ethic and commitment to excellence that run in the Arns family.

Stephen, David and Janet’s son, follows a different path in the world of IT as a system administrator at Mercantile Bank. His technical knowledge ensures our systems and operations run smoothly, providing us with the technological edge we need to excel as well.

The Arns family extends beyond the workplace to include two precious grandchildren, Lily and Asher. Their youthful energy and infectious laughter serve as a constant reminder of the importance of family bonds, which is a driving force behind our commitment to excellence.

In addition to our dedicated human family members, our family includes three beloved furry companions. Maggie, our friendly pug, and Merv, our charming cat, provide comfort and companionship at home. Not to be forgotten, Reeses, our lovable shop cat, is an integral part of our team, adding her own unique charm to our workspace.

While David plays a central role in our business, Janet has a fulfilling career as a full-time real estate agent at Happel Inc Realtors. Her dedication to helping others find their dream homes reflects our company’s broader commitment to excellence in all that we do.

We are very pleased with the concrete restoration. Our outdoor carpet was worn out and we wanted a fresh new look. Friends posted that they liked the new look for their driveway and we went to see it. Alex came out and did an excellent job of explaining the process, the warranty and that we would not need to wait a long time for the work to be done. He even gave us some input on possible color choices. Jason and Justin were very efficient and friendly. We felt part of the process. "Will definitely use them in the future for home and appliance repairs"
I had them install closed cell spray foam insulation in my home. The sealed my rim joists in my basement insulated the ceiling and wall in my 2car garage. The guys that came out and did the job were very professional and kept things clean throughout the process. Area Home Services reccomends a blower door test before and after the insulation install to show what the difference in a infiltration was with sealing qualities of the closed cell insulation, as well as to show where air infiltration may be in the home. Will definitely use them in the future for home and appliance repairs.
