At Area Home Services, we believe in the power of word-of-mouth, and we want to show our appreciation for your support. When you refer friends and family to us, not only do they benefit from exceptional services, but you also earn exciting rewards as a token of our gratitude. It’s a win-win – share the love and get rewarded!

  • How does the referral rewards program work?
    Our referral rewards program is simple. When you refer a friend or family member to Area Home Services, and they make a purchase or become a customer, you’ll receive a gift card as a thank-you from us. If more than one person refers an individual we will honor the first referral received. Referrals must not have requested an estimate or made contact with Area Home Services previously.
  • What are the referral rewards I can earn?

    When you refer a friend to us for Concrete Coating, they’ll enjoy $500 off (valid on one project under $3,000), and you'll receive a $250 Visa gift card as a thank-you.

    For Home Improvement referrals, your friends and family will get 10% off a project valued between $500 and $5,000, and in return, you'll receive a $50 Visa gift card.

    Note: Referrals are eligible for one Visa gift card per referred customer, regardless of the number of projects completed. It’s a win-win for you and your friends!

  • Do the people I refer receive any benefits?
    Absolutely! When your friends or family members use our services, they’ll also receive a discount.
  • Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
    There’s no limit! You can refer as many friends and family members as you’d like, and you’ll earn rewards for each successful referral.
  • When will I receive my referral rewards?
    Your referral rewards will be mailed or delivered to you within 6-8 weeks after your referred friend or family member completes their purchase.

    Replaced laundry room floor with new linoleum which involved tearing up old linoleum and cutting new linoleum to fit around pipes, drain, and water heater. Both men worked well together and had to think "outside the box" when linoleum would not adhere around drain or floor was not smooth.     I saw their work at the WGEM Home Show and asked them to come out and see what could be done with our 40 year old garage floor. They checked its moisture content, the floor quality, and we came to a color that seemed pretty nice.

    And then the guys came and did the install. It took a day for them to get it done, and left us with a now beautiful floor and covered concrete sidewalls that previously had been nothing more than bare concrete, and were now integrated into the floor surface.

    It all came together well, and was done expertly and carefully. I watched from time to time as the crew did their installation, and they knew well what they were doing and their experience showed.

    Just sorry we hadn't thought of doing this a long time ago. You think that a garage is nothing more than a utility area until it gets dressed and becomes a neat feature to enter the house from.
