Job: replacing all wood under treads for Deck Staircase; make steps safe for use again. Text communications were excellent from start to finish. A 2-day project under unfavorable weather conditions, but the repair guys worked diligently, were on time every time, kept me informed, and got the job done (which of course required a bit more elbow grease than originally expected).
